The cost of building your site is spread across the subscription, so you pay nothing upfront. It is a partnership: I invest in the build, and your plan covers it over time.
Plans start with a 12-month initial term, which covers the cost of building your site. If you leave early, you pay the remaining months of that term. After it ends, the plan runs month-to-month. Annual billing is simply the initial term paid upfront.
Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. The domain can be transferred away. The site source code is handed over once the initial term is complete.
Text and image swaps, contact-detail updates, bug fixes and uptime monitoring. Starter includes up to 3 change requests per month and Business up to 2h/month. Unused allowance does not carry over, and extra work is quoted.
